HYDROCHEM 2001is a multifunctional nitrite -based coolant for all types of gas/diesel engines and thermal power plants for the
control of corrosion in closed cooling systems and chilled water systems.Hydrochem 2001is a liquid product containing a combination
of ferrous and non-ferrous corrosion inhibitors, a non-carbonate buffer, scale inhibitors, dispersants and a leak detection dye.
ADVANTAGES :
Hydrochem 2001is an excellent gas/diesel engine coolant. As a scale and corrosion inhibitor it is ideal for locomotive diesel engines.
It has the following advantages –
1.Hydrochem 2001provides quick heat transfer.
2. It improves corrosion and scale control.
3. This product is easy to handle.
4. It is suitable for slow, medium and high speed engines.
5. It prevents sludge build ups.
6.Hydrochem 2001does not encourage bacterial growth in the system.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION :
It is a borate and nitrite based corrosion inhibitor with a suitable buffer to ensure stable pH conditions.

pH: 9.0 – 10.0
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE AND APPLICATION :
Dosage Nitrite Range
15 – 20 Ltr/m³ cooling water 700 – 1000 ppm NO2
HANDLING PRECAUTION :
The material should be stored under shed away from heat. Use protective equipments while handling the chemical. Contact with skin
should be washed off with water. In case of contact with eyes flush with clean water for 10 minutes and obtain medical attention.
