HYDROCHEM 603is a duel chain quaternary ammonium compound based broad spectrum non-oxidising antimicrobial product designed for use in
industrial recirculating cooling water system.
BENEFITS :
1.Hydrochem 603provides broad spectrum biocidal activity against both gram-positive and gram-negative microbial organisms.
2. Effectively controls algae, fungus and slime forming organisms.
3. Increased hard water tolerance.
4. Can be used in potable water.
5. Help clean and loosen slime deposits from cooling tower.
6. Hydrochem 603can be used in conjunction with corrosion / scale inhibitors such asHydrochem 501andHydrochem 502.

pH :6.0 – 7.0
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE AND APPLICATION :
Application Dosage recommendation
Initial dosing on hold up volume 250-400 ppm for one time.
Slug dosing-based on blow down of water in system. (Total
blow down water in a week)
100-150 ppm per week.
The optimum level depending on specific plant operating conditions and type of water.
HANDLING AND STORAGE :
Contact with eyes, skin and clothing should be strictly avoided. In case of contact wash away the affected area with copious supply of water. If this
material is swallowed seek medical advice immediately.
SPILLAGE DISPOSAL :
In case of spillages, drench with water or soak up with sand. Normal sewage adequately processed will contain very small amount of contaminated
effluent.
